Designed around efficient micro-QSR formats, Boom Pizza offers multiple outlet models including kiosks with common seating, shops with seating and open-plot kiosks with dedicated seating. The concept is supported by streamlined SOPs, compact operations and a team structure of approximately 3–4 personnel.

The brand has scaled to 12 outlets in 9 months, with a stated pipeline of 10 outlets in Bengaluru and expansion into 4 new cities.
